Position Details

• Role: Production Supervisor / Executive

• Experience Required: 5–9 years (in Chemical / Agrochemical / Specialty Chemical industry)

• Openings: 20

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Industry: Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agrochemicals

Qualification

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)

• Diploma (Chemical)

• B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor YOKOGAWA DCS systems

• Supervise batch execution, production planning, and optimization

• Oversee raw material charging & verification

• Handle multiple unit operations and solvent recovery processes

• Operate GLR & SS reactors, pumps, distillation columns (atmospheric & vacuum)

• Ensure strict compliance with safety practices, SOPs & MSDS standards

• Support formulation, packaging & dispatch of final products

• Manage hazardous chemicals and solvents with strong process safety knowledge

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience in DCS panel operation or field operation in a DCS-operated plant

• Strong knowledge of process safety standards

• Ability to handle hazardous chemicals safely

• Excellent knowledge of chemical plant operations
