Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for departmental functions tailored to their expertise, including:
- Product Development: Designing and improving manufacturing processes and product prototypes.
- Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory standards, including ISO, GMP, and GDP protocols.
- Technical Operations: Managing automation systems (PLC, HMI), special purpose machines, and cleanroom/HVAC utility maintenance.
- Quality & Testing: Performing analytical testing (HPLC, titration, water testing) and managing quality documentation.
- Supply Chain & Planning: Overseeing production scheduling, vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Safety & Oversight: Monitoring EHS compliance and coordinating internal/external audits.
Requirements
We welcome applicants with a diverse range of educational backgrounds and experience levels:
- Education: B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation), B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Diploma in Engineering or Plastic Technology, B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry/Life Sciences), or B.Com/M.Com/MBA.
- Experience: We have openings for everyone from motivated freshers to seasoned professionals with 3 to 20 years of industry experience.
