Position: Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) – Drug Safety Associate II/III & Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a Medical Information Contact Center professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to Medical Inquiries: Addressing medical information requests from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing Evidence-Based Guidance: Delivering accurate, balanced, and evidence-based information on drug usage, safety profiles, efficacy, and relevant clinical data.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring all inquiries and responses are meticulously recorded in our CRM system, maintaining 100% documentation accuracy and adhering to global pharmacovigilance and drug safety communication standards.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Affairs, and other relevant departments, to ensure consistent and accurate information dissemination.
  • Adherence to Quality Standards: Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of medical information services.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest medical literature, regulatory guidelines, and product information to provide the most current and relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Medicine.
  • Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Drug Safety.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent medical writing, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
    • Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and clinical research.
    • Ability to critically evaluate medical literature and scientific data.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Availability: Willingness to work full-time night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
  • Attributes: Ability to handle a high volume of medical queries with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
