Responsibilities

As a QC Apprentice, you will be integrated into our laboratory team to support essential quality compliance and analytical processes. Your core responsibilities will include:

QC Microbiology Operations:

• Performing routine Environmental Monitoring (EM) to maintain cleanroom standards.
• Conducting comprehensive water analysis to ensure quality compliance.
• Executing sterility testing protocols in accordance with organizational guidelines.

QC Biochemical Testing:

• Operating advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography).
• Performing immunological and molecular testing, including ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) and PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction).
• Maintaining accurate documentation and observations for all testing procedures.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry) or B.Tech (Biotechnology/Biomedical/Biochemistry).
• Professional Skills: A solid understanding of basic microbiology and analytical techniques, paired with a genuine interest in laboratory operations.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Availability: Applicants must be ready to commit to the apprenticeship program and work on-site at our Matoda facility.
