Job Summary:
Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical company in India, is seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team at our Dahej, Gujarat facility. We are conducting a walk-in interview on December 7th, 2025 (Sunday) for various positions in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing (Tablet & Packing), and Engineering (Plant Maintenance). Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role.
Quality Control (QC) – Officer / Executive:
- Perform instrumentation analysis, including HPLC and GC.
- Conduct stability studies and ensure GLP compliance.
- Test finished products, in-process materials, and raw materials.
Quality Assurance (QA) – Officer / Executive:
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities.
- Participate in validation processes.
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Handle change control and deviation investigations.
- Prepare for and participate in audits.
Manufacturing (Tablet & Packing):
- Operate equipment for granulation, compression, and coating.
- Perform capsule filling.
- Manage primary and secondary packing processes.
- Operate high-speed machines such as Fette, Sejong, Bosch, and BQS.
Engineering (Plant Maintenance):
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities and production equipment.
- Handle instrumentation, electrical, HVAC, and project execution tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in regulated pharmaceutical companies is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
