Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic R&D Pharmacy Intern to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As an integral part of our Research and Development department, you will contribute to the development and understanding of cannabis-based pharmaceutical and nutraceutical formulations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a cutting-edge field and contribute to the advancement of medical cannabis research in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and collect scientific data to support product research initiatives.
- Assist with the meticulous documentation and thorough evaluation of research findings.
- Contribute to the development and in-depth understanding of cannabis-based pharmaceutical and nutraceutical formulations.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team on research planning, protocol development, and efficient execution of experiments.
- Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year Pharmacy student.
- OR a recent graduate with a B.Pharm or D.Pharm degree.
- Must be based in or able to travel to our Mumbai office.
Preferred Skills:
- A genuine interest in the rapidly evolving field of medical cannabis, formulation science, and/or clinical research.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all research activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
