Job Description:

As a Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, business development, HR, and management, providing essential administrative and project support. Your responsibilities will span across various stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research projects from initiation to closeout.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and meeting minutes.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying and escalating any deviations to the Project Manager.
  • Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating effective communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and distribute regular project updates, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Meeting Management: Organize project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and accurate minute-taking.
  • Client & Vendor Management: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  • Proposal & Contract Support: Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other essential project documents.
  • Administrative Support: Manage project files, handle administrative tasks such as travel booking and expense reports, and maintain organized project records.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel for site visits, client meetings, conferences, and other project-related activities, as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel as needed for project-related activities.
  • Joining: Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
