Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a Specialist in Quality Services, your primary objective is to manage the lifecycle of product technical complaints (PTC). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Complaint Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of receiving, evaluating, and closing product technical complaints, ensuring that all actions align with internal policies and global standards. You will handle inquiries related to pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and combination products.
- Investigation & Compliance: Perform thorough root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). You will conduct batch genealogy and recurrence checks to identify trends and ensure ongoing compliance with GxP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and international regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional departments, including manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Information/Commercial teams to ensure a holistic approach to quality.
- Documentation & Systems: Maintain accurate records within QMS and complaint databases, ensuring strict adherence to data integrity and privacy policies. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to complaint management.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in audits and escalations, while actively identifying opportunities to optimize complaint-handling workflows and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, product complaint handling, pharmacovigilance, or QMS.
- Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of GxP, QMS, and regulatory quality systems.
- Analytical Ability: Proven track record in problem-solving and investigation-based roles.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Professional Agility: The ability to multitask effectively and maintain high performance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
