Senior Manager – Quality Assurance (QA)
Role Overview:
As the Senior Manager – Quality Assurance (QA), you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing all QA operations and ensuring that Neo India Lifeline’s products consistently meet the highest global regulatory and compliance standards. This role is essential in fortifying our Quality Management System (QMS) and fostering seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adherence to both regulatory requirements and corporate compliance standards.
- Oversee critical QA processes, including documentation control, deviation management, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and change management.
- Supervise QA activities across manufacturing, packaging, and analytical operations, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate internal audits, and ensure the organization is fully prepared for regulatory inspections.
- Review, negotiate, and execute Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and vendors.
- Oversee supplier qualification processes, conduct supplier audits, and manage quality risk assessments.
- Approve and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), product documentation, and global specifications.
- Ensure compliance of labels, artwork, and all product lifecycle documentation.
- Present QA performance metrics and comprehensive risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) or a related Life Sciences field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to FDA, EMA, and WHO.
- Proven experience in managing QA agreements, QTAs, and providing oversight of CMOs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Operations
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading key pharmaceutical business initiatives. The primary focus will be on ensuring timely project execution, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering effective coordination among internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, trackers, and dashboards to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Conduct regular project reviews, monitor progress against established milestones, and proactively drive corrective actions as needed.
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking activities related to assigned projects.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication through regular reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all project operations and deliverables.
- Undertake occasional travel for project meetings, vendor coordination, and site visits as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management.
- Proficiency in using Excel dashboards, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2, or Six Sigma are highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
