Open Positions:
We have multiple openings across the following departments:
1. OSD Manufacturing (Oral Solid Dosage)
- Description: Responsible for the manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms, including granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling.
- Total Openings: 55+
- Experience: 2 – 9 years
- Roles: Operator → Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor and control process parameters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of manufacturing activities.
2. Injectable / Sterile Manufacturing
- Description: Responsible for the manufacturing of sterile injectable products, including compounding, vial washing, filling, and autoclaving.
- Total Openings: 77+
- Experience: 2 – 9 years (Executive to Assistant Manager), 10+ years (Shift In-Charge)
- Roles: Executive → Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Perform sterile manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment.
- Prepare and sterilize equipment and materials.
- Compound and fill injectable products.
- Operate and maintain autoclaves and other sterilization equipment.
- Ensure adherence to strict aseptic techniques.
3. IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) – OSD & Injectable
- Description: Responsible for in-process quality assurance activities in both OSD and Injectable manufacturing.
- Total Openings: 30
- Experience: 2 – 9 years
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process checks and inspections.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and identify potential quality issues.
- Review batch records and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions.
4. Warehouse Department
- Description: Responsible for the receipt, storage, sampling, dispensing, and handling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Total Openings: 45
- Experience: 2 – 7 years
- Roles: Officer → Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials.
- Store materials in designated locations.
- Dispense materials according to production schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
Qualifications Required:
- ITI (Fitter, Electrician, etc.)
- Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy
- B.Sc Chemistry
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
