Responsibilities

As a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee, your primary objective is to maintain seamless supply chain operations for our clinical projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• System Management: Utilize and manage Kit Material Supply (KMS) systems to ensure all project requirements are met accurately.
• Order Processing: Enter, review, and track work orders within our database systems to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and adjust collection kit inventory levels based on real-time site reports and project demand.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for investigator sites regarding resupply requests; troubleshoot and resolve supply-related issues, escalating to management when necessary.
• System Customization: Configure KMS systems to align with site-specific needs and requirements.
• Technical Support: Assist Technical Administrators (TAs) by providing database instructions and support as needed.
• Compliance & Documentation: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure data integrity. Document and report any service failures to management to facilitate continuous improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and demonstrate high attention to detail.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a closely related field.
• Experience: This position is open to fresh graduates. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in clinical research, supply chain management, or inventory logistics are highly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of database management and supply chain processes.
• Soft Skills:
