SMS Pharma’s R&D Centre is a hub of innovation, dedicated to excellence in API and formulation development. We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. The selected candidates will work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with experienced scientists to drive process validation, method development, and experimental troubleshooting. Open Positions

1. API – Process R&D

• Qualifications: M.Sc
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Key Responsibilities: Managing reaction planning, executing scale-up operations, performing process validation, and troubleshooting experimental issues.

2. API – Analytical R&D

• Qualifications: M.Sc
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Key Responsibilities: Handling HPLC, performing forced degradation studies, conducting stability analysis, and adhering to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) guidelines.

3. API – Analytical Services Division

• Qualifications: M.Sc
• Experience: 0–5 years
• Key Responsibilities: Method development and validation, data integration, report generation, and operation of advanced instrumentation including HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and ICP-MS.

4. Formulation – Analytical R&D

• Qualifications: M. Pharmacy / M.Sc
• Experience: 0–5 years
• Key Responsibilities: Operating HPLC and dissolution apparatus, stability analysis, and execution of method development and validation protocols.

5. Formulation R&D

• Qualifications: M. Pharm / B. Pharm
• Experience: 0–5 years
• Key Responsibilities: Planning reactions, scaling up formulations, conducting process validation, and troubleshooting technical challenges in R&D experiments.
