Job Description
We are seeking experienced candidates to fill key positions within our Production and Quality Control departments. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, a detail-oriented approach to work, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality protocols in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Depending on the department, your core responsibilities will include:
Production Department:
* Managing daily manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Monitoring production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Maintaining accurate records and logs as required by regulatory documentation standards.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets without compromising on quality or safety.
Quality Control (QC) Department:
* Performing routine analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
* Operating laboratory instruments and ensuring they are calibrated and maintained.
* Documenting testing results accurately and preparing detailed reports.
* Ensuring all activities are in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company quality policies.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications suitable for the roles in Production or Quality Control.
* Experience: We are looking for professionals with 2 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in laboratory or production environments, and a good understanding of safety regulations are required.
