Job Summary
We are hiring for positions in Production (Oral Solid Dosage & Softgel), Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Packing, Engineering, and Warehouse. We are seeking individuals with a range of experience levels, from recent graduates to those with up to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are common across all roles, with specific duties varying based on department and experience level:
- Ensure strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), WHO-GMP guidelines, and all relevant regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot sophisticated machinery and equipment specific to the department (e.g., granulators, compressors, HPLC, GC, encapsulation machines).
- Conduct in-process quality checks to monitor product quality and identify potential issues.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant educational qualification as specified for each department (ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc).
- Hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and/or Softgel manufacturing is highly desirable (for relevant roles).
- Proven experience operating and maintaining HPLC/GC instruments is a significant advantage (for QC roles).
- A strong understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines, cGMP principles, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Freshers with strong academic records are encouraged to apply, particularly for positions in Production and Packing.

Salary Range (CTC): ₹1.8 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA (commensurate with role, qualification, and experience).
