Available Positions
We are hiring for the following departments:
- Quality: Executive / Senior Executive (QA & QC)
- Engineering: Executive / Senior Executive (Engineering & Maintenance)
- Production: Executive / Senior Executive (Packing)
- Technical Roles: Technicians (HVAC, Electrician, Electrical Utility, Fitter)
- Machine Operators: Granulation, Coating, Compression, Blending, and Packing
Responsibilities
Depending on the specific role, your duties will include:
Quality Assurance / Quality Control:
- Ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Reviewing and documenting Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Executing quality testing protocols and assisting with regulatory audits.
Engineering & Maintenance:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the seamless operation of utilities and production equipment.
Production & Technical Operations:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment (e.g., granulators, coaters, compression machines).
- Maintaining plant infrastructure, including electrical systems and HVAC units.
- Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high product quality and safety.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- For Executive/Senior Executive roles: M.Sc, M.Pharma, B.Sc, or B.Pharma degrees.
- For Technician/Operator roles: Relevant vocational certifications or diplomas (based on trade).
- Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates: We welcome applications from motivated fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within the pharma manufacturing sector.
Salary and Benefits

Estimated Compensation Ranges:
- Executive / Sr. Executive: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA
- Technicians: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3.8 LPA
