Responsibilities

As a Statistical Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and analysis of complex healthcare data. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Strategy & Planning: Design and execute robust statistical analysis strategies that align with study objectives and draft comprehensive Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
  • Data Management: Perform extraction, transformation, and cleaning (ETL) of data from diverse healthcare sources to ensure high-quality, audit-ready datasets.
  • Analytical Execution: Conduct advanced statistical analyses, including regression modeling, ANOVA, survival analysis, and other relevant methodologies.
  • Reporting: Generate accurate Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) and author technical analytical reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous data quality control and validation checks to maintain the integrity of results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including scientific researchers, data curation experts, and project managers.
  • Communication: Present analytical findings and project updates to internal stakeholders and global clients, contributing directly to regulatory submissions and HEOR initiatives.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: 0–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred Disciplines: Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Analytics, or Engineering.

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • Database Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • Programming: Demonstrated experience in R or Python for statistical modeling and data processing.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of healthcare datasets, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), insurance claims, and Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs).
  • Methodology: A strong grasp of statistical methodologies and clinical study design principles.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with version control tools such as GitHub.
  • Previous exposure to oncology research, RWE studies, or clinical trial environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA or ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • A proven track record of academic or professional research and publication.
