Quanticate, a premier global data-focused Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Statistical Programmer I to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. About the Role
As a Statistical Programmer I, you will play a vital role in our clinical trial projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data. This position is ideal for candidates who possess strong analytical mindsets, a passion for data, and a desire to contribute to meaningful health outcomes in a professional, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Preparation: Assist in the design and delivery of high-quality, CDISC-compliant datasets.
- Statistical Reporting: Support the development of statistical outputs and tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) required for clinical trial reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Review documents—including those generated through AI tools—to ensure complete accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Programming: Apply and develop SAS programming techniques to solve real-world clinical data challenges.
- Professional Growth: Manage assigned tasks independently while proactively engaging with experienced mentors and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Statistics or Mathematics with a strong emphasis on statistical theory.
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MSc) in Statistics or Mathematics.
Essential Skills:
- A solid understanding of statistical principles as applied to clinical trial environments.
- Basic exposure to programming languages (SAS is preferred, but experience with other analytical languages is valued).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
- Proficiency in modern office software, including Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and other collaborative digital platforms.
Experience:
- No prior pharmaceutical or industry experience is required.
- While this is a fresher-level role, any academic projects or internships involving data analysis, statistics, or programming will be considered a significant advantage.
