We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Officer / Senior Officer – Production (API)
Job Description:
As an Officer/Senior Officer in API Production, you will be responsible for executing batch manufacturing processes in our API plant, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute batch manufacturing processes, including operation of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other equipment.
- Maintain accurate and complete shop floor documentation.
- Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, safety practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in yield improvement and cycle time reduction projects.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate and maintain DCS/SCADA systems (added advantage).
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: B.E. (Chemical) / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience in API production.
- Key Skills:
- Proven experience in batch manufacturing in an API plant.
- Strong understanding of shop floor documentation, GMP compliance, and safety practices.
- Experience in yield improvement and cycle time reduction.
- Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Officer / Senior Officer – Quality Control (API)
Job Description:
As an Officer/Senior Officer in API Quality Control, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of analytical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, and finished APIs to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, and finished API products.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and Particle Size Analyzers.
- Conduct wet lab analysis and stability studies.
- Ensure compliance with GLP and data integrity principles.
- Review and interpret analytical data.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Troubleshoot analytical instrument issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Participate in method validation and transfer activities.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in API Quality Control.
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience in testing raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, and finished APIs.
- Proficiency in operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and Particle Size Analyzers.
- Experience in wet lab analysis and stability studies.
- Strong understanding of GLP and data integrity compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
