Key Responsibilities
For Production Roles (Officer/Jr. Officer):
- Manufacturing: Efficiently operate plant equipment and handle PPA reactions.
- Process Handling: Monitor production parameters to ensure product quality and yield.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols.
For Apprentice Roles:
- Production Support: Assist in day-to-day plant operations.
- Store Management: Support inventory tracking and material handling.
- HR/Admin Support: Provide assistance in administrative and human resource activities.
Eligibility & Required Documents
Eligibility:
- Experience: Freshers (for Apprenticeship) and 1–3 years (for Officer roles).
- Qualification: Relevant degrees in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Environment), or Commerce.
- Skills: A basic understanding of pharmaceutical operations and industry standards is highly preferred.
