Job Title: Apprentice – Production (Formulation)
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated female candidates to join our team as Production Apprentices at our Dewas, Madhya Pradesh facility. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and contribute to the production of life-saving medications.
Job Summary:
As a Production Apprentice, you will assist in various aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing operations, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This role provides comprehensive training and exposure to a USFDA-approved formulation plant, with a strong potential for full-time employment based on performance. This position is exclusively for female candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety protocols, and quality standards throughout the formulation production process.
- Operate and maintain production equipment under the guidance and supervision of experienced personnel.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation as per regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Work in rotational shifts to support continuous production and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry/Biology), B.Pharma, D.Pharma, ITI (relevant trades), or B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical Engineering).
- Year of Passing: Candidates who have passed out in 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible to apply.
- Skills: Strong understanding of basic scientific principles and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Must be willing to relocate to Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, and work in rotational shifts.
- Gender: This position is exclusively for female candidates.
