Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience to fill key roles within our Quality Control (QC) and Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) departments. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest safety, purity, and efficacy standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment that demands precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned department, your responsibilities may include:

Quality Control (QC):
* Conducting rigorous testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
* Operating and maintaining sophisticated laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and other analytical tools.
* Ensuring all testing procedures follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
* Documenting all findings accurately and maintaining detailed records for compliance audits.
* Identifying and troubleshooting deviations in testing processes to ensure timely resolution.

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL):
* Assisting in the development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods.
* Preparing and reviewing technical protocols, reports, and analytical data.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and stability studies.
* Staying updated with current pharmacological guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure all development activities align with industry standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Experience: Candidates must have 2 to 8 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical setting, specifically within QC or ADL departments.
* Skills: A strong grasp of analytical techniques, familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, and proficiency in laboratory documentation.
* Educational Background: A relevant degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
* Professional Attributes: The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
