We are currently hiring for the positions of Sr. Executive – Production (OSD) and Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance (OSD). Immediate joiners are preferred.
Available Positions:
1. Sr. Executive – Production (OSD Manufacturing)
- Number of Vacancies: 4 (Male candidates only)
- Experience Required: 3-8 years of experience in OSD/Tablet/Capsule manufacturing.
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production plans and schedules for OSD batches, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion.
- Oversee and actively participate in the execution of key manufacturing processes, including granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Meticulously monitor production yield, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to optimize output and minimize waste.
- Effectively manage and supervise production personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing team.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive shop floor documentation, including batch records, logbooks, and other relevant records, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in QMS activities, including handling change control requests, investigating deviations, and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with WHO-GMP, PIC/S, and other applicable regulatory standards, implementing and enforcing quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Perform thorough line clearance procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.
- Conduct in-process checks at various stages of production to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance (OSD)
- Number of Vacancies: 2 (Male/Female)
- Experience Required: 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on OSD documentation.
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) checks and perform in-process inspections to monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling during packing to ensure the finished product meets required quality standards.
- Thoroughly review batch manufacturing and packing records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and execute validation and qualification protocols and reports for equipment, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Effectively handle market complaints, OOS (Out-of-Specification) results, OOT (Out-of-Trend) results, and deviations, conducting thorough investigations and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare for and actively participate in regulatory and customer audits, ensuring the facility is well-prepared and demonstrates compliance with all applicable standards.

Salary Range (CTC):
- Production: ₹4.8 – ₹7.5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience & current CTC)
- Quality Assurance: ₹5.5 – ₹9.0 LPA (Negotiable based on experience & current CTC)
