Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.

Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and service requests with empathy.

Provide accurate product and service information.

Maintain detailed and timely records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates are welcome.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal abilities.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays).
