Role and Responsibilities: Manager, Quality Assurance
The Manager of Quality Assurance will provide leadership for the QA, QC, and Microbiology departments. This role ensures that all operations align with cGMP and global regulatory standards.
Leadership and Strategy
You will lead daily operations across QA, QC, and Microbiology, ensuring seamless coordination between departments like Production, Engineering, and HR. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing process changes, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance and Audits
The manager will serve as a point of contact for regulatory inspections and client audits. Responsibilities include preparing for audits, managing documentation to meet strict industry standards, and ensuring all observations are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Quality Systems Management
You will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), including change controls, deviation management, and incident investigations. A key focus will be on implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and overseeing critical programs such as Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR), cleaning validation, and process validation.
Microbiology and QC Oversight
You will supervise the microbiological testing of products—specifically oral solid dosages—and ensure rigorous environmental monitoring. You will also oversee the testing of raw materials and finished products, stability studies, and the investigation of any out-of-specification (OOS) results.
Role and Responsibilities: QC Executive and Officer
The QC Executive and Officer are responsible for the hands-on analytical testing required to maintain our stringent quality standards.
Instrument Operation and Analysis
You will be expected to operate advanced analytical instruments, including HPLC (utilizing Empower 3.0 or Chromeleon 7.3 software), Dissolution Testers, HPTLC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometers, and KF Titrators. You will conduct thorough testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods, and stability samples in strict accordance with approved standard operating procedures.
Calibration and Documentation
Maintaining the integrity of our laboratory is paramount. You will be responsible for the routine calibration and maintenance of equipment, ensuring all records are meticulously documented in compliance with GMP and GLP requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
* Expertise in cGMP, GLP, and regulatory documentation.
* Proven experience in handling regulatory audits and quality investigations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
* For QC roles, a strong academic background in Analytical or Organic Chemistry is preferred.
* Immediate joiners will be given priority in the selection process.
