Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operational Execution: Actively managing and performing API manufacturing operations according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process Monitoring: Continuously monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory benchmarks.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Compliance & Documentation: Rigorously following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time batch records and all necessary production documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating effectively with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure seamless operational workflows and timely output.
Requirements
