Job Summary:
As an Order Processing Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, both domestic and international. You will work closely with various departments, including Production, QA, QC, Packing, and Logistics, to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and exposure to real-time order processing, supply chain concepts, and ERP systems. You will gain invaluable experience in documentation, inventory reconciliation, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process domestic and international customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Packing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare dispatch plans and meticulously track delivery timelines to meet customer expectations.
- Generate accurate invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and export/import shipment documents in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date order status in ERP and Excel dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure batch number accuracy, product availability, and compliance with all relevant regulatory documentation requirements.
- Support inventory reconciliation efforts and diligently follow up on any pending orders to resolve issues promptly.
- Learn and apply core supply chain concepts, including lead time management, material flow optimization, and dispatch cycle efficiency.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech preferred). Candidates who passed out in 2023, 2024 or 2025 are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and general documentation.
- Demonstrated interest in operations, logistics, supply chain management, or order management processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
