Job Summary:
Inspire Pharma Consultancy is hiring for 40 dynamic professionals for the Biologics Division at a leading API manufacturing plant in Hyderabad. We are seeking dedicated male candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in Quality Control to join our growing team. This is a direct, face-to-face recruitment process offering free placement services for qualified candidates.
About the Role
As a Quality Control (QC) professional within our Biologics Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing and analysis to ensure compliance with strict industry standards. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires hands-on technical expertise in various analytical and biological assays.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to perform and manage the following laboratory activities:
- Molecular and Biological Assays: Conducting Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and Cell-based potency assays.
- Analytical Testing: Proficiency in Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Electrophoresis techniques.
- Documentation and Protein Analysis: Execution of SDS-PAGE and advanced chromatography techniques, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
- Compliance: Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintaining detailed records of all testing procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in a QC laboratory.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Education: Master of Science (M.Sc) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
