Job Title: Sr. Product Executive / Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager (PMT)

Job Description:
As a member of our Product Management Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for our Anesthesia and Critical Care portfolio. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, managing product lifecycles, and contributing to the overall profitability of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement result-oriented brand strategies and comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand market dynamics, and inform strategic decision-making within the Anesthesia & Critical Care landscape.
- Promotional Material Development: Design and create high-impact promotional materials, visual aids, Leave Behind Literature (LBLs), and engaging digital content to effectively communicate product benefits and reach target audiences.
- Campaign Management & Engagement: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, doctor engagement activities, and feedback mechanisms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with sales, medical affairs, training, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective product lifecycle management.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor brand performance against established KPIs, prepare comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports, and present insightful sales reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete product lifecycle from launch to maturity, ensuring optimal portfolio profitability and maximizing market potential.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Education: B.Pharm degree is mandatory. A Master’s degree (M.Pharm or MBA in Pharma Management) is highly preferred. Full-time programs are also preferred.
- Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in PMT / Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record and specific experience in the Anesthesia, Critical Care, or Injectables segment will be a significant advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies.
- Strategic thinking skills to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.
