Available Positions
We are currently hiring for four distinct roles within our Quality Control department:
- QC Executive (Analytical Testing & Validation)
- QC Officer (Raw Materials & Packing Materials)
- QC Officer (In-Process & Finished Products)
- QC Officer (Lab Operations & Stability Support)
Role Responsibilities and Requirements
1. QC Executive (Analytical Testing & Validation)
The QC Executive will lead analytical testing and method validation. Responsibilities include performing HPLC and UV-Visible analysis for in-process, finished product, and stability samples. You will execute method validation parameters such as accuracy, precision, linearity, and robustness while ensuring all documentation follows ALCOA+ principles.
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in pharmaceutical quality control.
2. QC Officer (Raw Materials & Packing Materials)
This role manages the quality, sampling, and compliance of incoming raw and packing materials. You will prepare specifications and standard test procedures (STP) using PharmaCloud software, perform physical sampling per GMP guidelines, and maintain container status labels (Under Test, Sampled, Approved).
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Sc (Chemistry).
- Key Skills: Proficiency in LIMS/Pharmacloud, sampling protocols, and data integrity.
3. QC Officer (In-Process & Finished Products)
Focused on quality control during manufacturing and final release, this role ensures every batch meets regulatory standards. You will manage stability samples, prepare analytical worksheet records (AWR), coordinate the receipt and distribution of samples, and support analytical method validation (AMV) protocols.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
- Key Skills: Stability study management, calibration logbook maintenance, and AMV reporting.
4. QC Officer (Lab Operations & Stability Support)
This support role is essential for maintaining the daily functionality of the laboratory. Duties include environmental monitoring, managing volumetric solutions and reagents, overseeing departmental inventory (chemicals and glassware), and assisting in stability sample handling and cleaning validation records.
- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Pharm/D.Pharm.
- Key Skills: Laboratory inventory management, environmental condition monitoring, and GLP/GDP compliance.
