West-Coast Pharmaceutical Works Ltd is seeking motivated and talented freshers and early-career professionals to join our expanding team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. We are currently offering entry-level positions across our Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering departments. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0–2 years of experience to launch their careers in a professional, GMP-compliant manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on exposure to industry-standard pharmaceutical practices.

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

• Production Junior Officer
• QA Junior Officer
• QC Junior Officer
• Electrical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Production Junior Officer

• Assist in daily manufacturing processes and ensure precise batch execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
• Monitor production equipment performance and maintain accurate, real-time documentation.

QA Junior Officer

• Execute quality checks and perform thorough reviews of production documentation.
• Ensure all processes align with current regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
• Provide support during facility audits and participate in validation activities.

QC Junior Officer

• Conduct routine laboratory testing and chemical/physical analysis of products.
• Maintain comprehensive records of test results and laboratory logs.
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.

Electrical Engineer

• Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems, power distribution, and plant machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure seamless production operations.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and safety.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for these roles, candidates should hold an appropriate degree or diploma in a relevant field:

• For Production/QA/QC: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
• For Electrical Engineering: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• Production, QA, and QC Roles: 0 to 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates with strong academic fundamentals are highly encouraged to apply.
• Electrical Engineer: 0 to 1 year of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
