Job Overview
Role: Content Moderator (Non-Voice Process)
Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations

Shifts: Rotational, including night shifts
Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational week-offs)
Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated online content to ensure compliance with platform policies.

Handle sensitive or inappropriate content with discretion, maturity, and professionalism.

Maintain accuracy and consistency while meeting daily targets.

Identify and escalate policy violations or harmful trends.

Work collaboratively with teams to ensure timely resolution of reported content.

Adhere to all company procedures, data protection guidelines, and confidentiality norms.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate (with Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo mandatory)

Experience: 1–4 years in content moderation (mandatory)
