Responsibilities
As a Supply Planning Apprentice, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Production Scheduling: Assisting in the creation and management of production plans to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse, and Procurement departments to streamline workflow.
- Material Management: Monitoring the availability of raw materials and packaging components to prevent supply bottlenecks.
- Inventory Oversight: Tracking inventory levels, including the management of slow-moving items and near-expiry stock to minimize waste.
- Data Reporting: Maintaining accurate planning trackers and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports to support decision-making.
- System Operations: Gaining proficiency in SAP-based documentation and operational procedures essential for modern pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Regulated Market Exposure: Learning the nuances of supply chain processes specific to highly regulated international markets.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Education: B.Pharm degree (Freshers only).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is essential.
