Open Positions:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Packing (OSD) – Officer / Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Perform bottle and blister packing operations (primary and secondary).
- Supervise packing activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in equipment qualification and documentation processes.
- Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in bottle and blister packing.
- Supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of equipment qualification and documentation.
2. Production (OSD) – Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment for granulation and Integrated Granulation Line (IGL) processes.
- Perform compression operations on Cadmach and Killian machines.
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Key Skills Required:
- Experience in granulation and IGL operations.
- Proficiency in operating Cadmach and Killian compression machines.
3. Topical Tube Filling – Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Responsibilities:
- Execute tube filling operations for topical formulations.
- Operate and maintain Nordson/Nordan tube filling machines.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to GMP standards.
- Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in tube filling operations.
- Familiarity with Nordson/Nordan tube filling machines.
4. Engineering (OSD)
A. Sr. Executive / Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee instrumentation, calibration, and equipment qualification activities.
- Provide process knowledge and support for Fluid Bed Processor (FBP), Integrated Granulation Line (IGL), Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Integrated Material Autoloading & Packaging Granulator (IMAPG), Bottom Spray Coater (BOS), HI-Cart, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues.
- Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in instrumentation, calibration, and equipment qualification.
- In-depth process knowledge of FBP, IGL, RMG, IMAPG, BOS, HI-Cart, etc.
B. Technical Assistant / Plant Operator
- Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC maintenance activities.
- Provide electrical maintenance and support.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Key Skills Required:
- Experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in pharma manufacturing (OSD/Animal Health).
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / BE / B.Tech / B.Pharm.
- Job Location: Ahmedabad (plant).
