About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Monitor and execute API manufacturing processes while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
• Engineering: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of plant machinery.
• Technical/Operational: Manage electrical systems and RO process equipment to ensure continuous plant uptime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records and inventory documentation as required by industry regulations.
• Compliance: Uphold all company safety, health, and environmental standards within the workplace.

Required Qualifications & Experience

We invite candidates from various educational backgrounds to apply:

• Production: B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or B.E (Chemical). Experience: 1–5 years or Freshers.
• Engineering (RO Process): ITI or any Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 2–10 years in the API industry (Company payroll experience required).
• Electrical: ITI (Electrical preferred).
• Fitter: Relevant trade certification or experience.
• Apprenticeships:
  • Instrument: Diploma or B.E in Instrumentation.
  • Warehouse: B.Sc, B.Com, or M.Com.
