Job Descriptions and Requirements
We have immediate openings within our Production department for both experienced professionals and recent graduates. Please note that all these positions require the ability to work in rotational shifts.
1. Line Chemist / Shift Incharge
We are looking for experienced candidates to oversee manufacturing activities and ensure that all processes run efficiently and safely within the production line.
- Role Responsibilities: Monitoring production lines, supervising shift operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols, and maintaining production documentation.
- Required Qualifications: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or B.E in Chemical Engineering. (Full-time degrees only).
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of relevant work experience in an API manufacturing environment.
2. Trainee Officer
This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will receive on-the-job training to understand our manufacturing protocols and safety standards.
- Role Responsibilities: Supporting senior staff in daily production activities, learning standard operating procedures (SOPs), and adhering to shift-based production schedules.
- Required Qualifications: B.Sc or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Eligibility: Must be a 2025 graduate.
- Experience: Fresher (No prior experience required).
