Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily production activities in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and processes.
- Maintaining strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
- Documenting production activities accurately to meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) consistently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical production sector.
- Educational Background: Relevant qualifications in pharmacy or related fields are preferred.
- Skill Set: Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment handling, and quality compliance.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted through a face-to-face interview. Candidates will be evaluated based on their technical knowledge, experience, and suitability for the role. The interview process will primarily consist of an HR round.
