Position Objective

We are looking for detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individuals to join our Quality Control team. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure the integrity, safety, and efficacy of our products. This role is designed to provide comprehensive hands-on training, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industrial application.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Control Apprentice will be exposed to diverse laboratory processes and cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities will be divided into two core areas:

QC Microbiology Operations

  • Environmental Monitoring: Conducting regular testing and monitoring of controlled environments to ensure they meet stringent safety guidelines.
  • Water Analysis: Performing comprehensive testing on water systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Sterility Testing: Assisting in the execution of sterility assessments to ensure that all final products meet safety requirements.

QC Biochemical Operations

  • Instrumental Analysis: Learning to operate and maintain high-end analytical equipment, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems.
  • Molecular Techniques: Gaining hands-on experience in Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) techniques to support critical analytical workflows.
  • Immunoassays: Supporting the team in conducting Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) testing to evaluate biochemical components.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Candidates must possess an M.Sc. or B.Tech degree with a specialization in either Microbiology or Biotechnology.
  • Knowledge Base: A solid understanding of fundamental microbiology and biochemical principles is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: We value candidates who possess strong observational skills and a meticulous approach to documentation and data collection.
  • Adaptability: As the pharmaceutical industry is highly dynamic, we seek individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable to new technologies, and capable of working effectively within a team structure.
  • Compliance Awareness: A basic understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards is highly preferred.
