Responsibilities
As part of our EHS team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest safety standards across our manufacturing facilities. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Process Safety Management (PSM): Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of robust PSM systems.
- Risk Mitigation: Performing detailed risk assessments for various plant operations to identify and minimize hazards.
- Hazard Analysis: Actively participating in and conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies.
- Change Management: Managing and monitoring the Management of Change (MOC) procedures to ensure all modifications comply with safety protocols.
- Incident Investigation: Conducting thorough investigations into safety incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Compliance: Ensuring all site activities remain in full compliance with corporate safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience Level: 0 to 5 years. We welcome applications from freshers (including 2025/2026 graduates).
- Skills: A strong understanding of chemical processes, safety principles, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Additional Preferences: Due to the nature of the operations and the requirement for rotational shifts, male candidates are preferred.
