Job Overview

We are currently expanding our Analytical Research and Development team and are looking for skilled, experienced professionals to join us in the roles of Method Development and Method Validation. This is a vital position within our R&D wing, focusing on ensuring the highest standards of scientific accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a strong background in analytical chemistry. You will play a key role in developing and validating robust analytical methods that support our product development lifecycle, from initial research to final validation and regulatory submission.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end analytical process within the R&D department. Your primary duties will include:

* Designing and developing precise analytical methods for new drug products and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
* Performing comprehensive method validation and verification activities in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
* Executing forced degradation studies to ensure the stability and reliability of pharmaceutical formulations.
* Managing analytical method transfers to ensure seamless transitions between laboratory and manufacturing settings.
* Maintaining complete, accurate, and compliant documentation as per Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
* Interpreting complex data sets and ensuring all analytical procedures are calibrated correctly for optimal performance.
* Staying updated on the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements related to analytical testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and technical expertise:

* Educational Background: You must hold an M.Sc. or M.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
* Professional Experience: Candidates should have between 2 to 6 years of direct experience in an Analytical R&D environment.
* Technical Proficiency: You must demonstrate strong, hands-on expertise in HPLC and GC. Proficiency in instrument handling, troubleshooting, and maintenance is essential.
* Analytical Knowledge: You should have a deep understanding of method validation, calibration protocols, and data interpretation.
* Compliance Awareness: A clear understanding of GLP and QMS protocols is mandatory.
* Exclusion Criteria: Please note that this opportunity is strictly for candidates with R&D experience. Individuals currently employed in Quality Control (QC) roles are not eligible to apply.
