Key Responsibilities

As an Apprentice, you will play an active role in supporting the daily operations of our Dewas plant. Your primary duties will include:

• Operational Support: Assisting in core manufacturing and production processes under the guidance of senior supervisors.
• Quality Assurance: Supporting the quality control and microbiology teams in their daily analytical and testing activities.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with strict pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Compliance: Adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal safety protocols at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of daily production schedules.
• Skill Development: Actively participating in training modules to gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical industrial standards.

Requirements

We are seeking young, energetic, and dedicated individuals who meet the following educational criteria:

• ITI (Fitter): Open to male candidates only.
• B.Sc: Open to female candidates only.
• M.Sc (Microbiology): Open to female candidates only.
• B.Pharma: Open to female candidates only.

Additional Preferences:

• Candidates who are available for immediate joining.
• Individuals willing to relocate to Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
