Responsibilities

As an Assistant Data Programmer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical data. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Process Adherence: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal work instructions for every assigned task.
  • Technical Execution: Utilize Informatica tools (such as Panther and related applications) to manage and process clinical data.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct data programming tasks with rigorous quality checks to maintain high data standards.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate programming or process-related issues, identify the root causes, and suggest effective resolutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines, ensuring all work is delivered within the required Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Communication & Collaboration: Actively communicate with project teams and stakeholders, provide status updates, and participate in team meetings.
  • Documentation: Generate necessary reports, performance metrics, and project documentation.
  • Mentorship: Support the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members as required, occasionally acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Point of Contact (POC) for specific tasks.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the technical aptitude and professional mindset to succeed in a fast-paced research environment.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a Technology-related field.
  • Preferred: A degree in Life Sciences or Technology, with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
