Role Overview

- Location: MPSF Plant (Unit-II), Pashamylaram
Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of sterile production lines while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key duties include:
- Executing aseptic operations and complex compounding activities.
- Managing dry powder filling and vial filling operations with precision.
- Operating and monitoring equipment for vial sealing, washing, and autoclaving.
- Maintaining strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and documentation practices.
- Ensuring meticulous completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Collaborating effectively with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments.
- Upholding rigorous GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards throughout the production lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven professional experience specifically within the injectables manufacturing sector is mandatory.
Key Skills Required
- In-depth knowledge of aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in vial filling, sealing, compounding, and filtration.
- Strong understanding of GMP and cleanroom behavior.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain production machinery effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation skills.
