Job Description
We are inviting qualified and enthusiastic candidates to attend a walk-in interview for the position of Executive / Senior Executive within our API AR&D department. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in the analytical lifecycle of drug development, ensuring that our methods meet the highest regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive or Senior Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Managing analytical tasks related to method development, method transfer, and validation throughout various stages of drug development.
* Executing method validation protocols in strict compliance with internal SOPs and country-specific regulatory guidelines.
* Providing comprehensive technical support for R&D operations to facilitate the preparation and filing of Drug Master Files (DMFs).
* Optimizing laboratory resources to ensure methods are robust and meet the specific objectives of the drug development lifecycle.
* Ensuring the timely delivery of projects while maintaining adherence to quality standards and fostering effective customer relationships.
* Leading scientific and technical discussions with internal team members and external stakeholders to resolve analytical challenges.
* Communicating critical findings from stability studies and other analytical evaluations to project leads.
* Maintaining complete compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) within the department.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates must have hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting the following analytical instruments and software:
* High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) using Lab Solutions software.
* Gas Chromatography (GC) using Lab Solutions software.
* Advanced instrumentation including GCMS, PXRD, and LCMS.
* UV-VIS Spectrophotometer.
* pH Meter, Moisture Analyzer, and Karl Fischer Titrator.
* Micro-weighing balances.
Requirements
* Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
* Experience: 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in an API AR&D environment.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a research-driven environment.
