About the Role
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sophisticated machinery used in the manufacturing and packaging of OSD formulations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operational activities adhere to strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities & Equipment Exposure
We are seeking individuals who have hands-on experience with advanced pharmaceutical equipment. A strong technical background in the following areas is essential:
- Production (Granulation & Compression): Experience with RMG, FBP, FBD, and Roll Compaction.
- Compression & Tableting: Proficiency in handling Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian, and Cadmach machines.
- Coating: Expertise in operating Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons, and Bectochem equipment.
- Packing: Hands-on experience with Cartonators, BQS, CVC, and various labeling or blister-packing machines (e.g., IMA PG/Uhlman).
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma, ITI, B.Sc., B.Pharma, or D.Pharma.
- Professional Experience: Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical formulation unit.
- Work Eligibility: Candidates currently employed in Technical Contract Services with relevant experience in formulation production are highly encouraged to apply.
