Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of manufacturing processes. Your primary duties will include:
– Managing and overseeing day-to-day production processing activities to ensure output meets scheduled targets.
– Executing production plans to guarantee timely product dispatches.
– Upholding a culture of safety by striving for a zero-accident work environment.
– Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining precise Batch Manufacturing Records to ensure regulatory compliance.
– Operating, monitoring, and performing routine maintenance on processing equipment and machinery.
– Engaging in troubleshooting and process optimization to improve product yield, purity, and overall efficiency.
– Maintaining detailed and accurate production documentation, including logs for equipment, deviations, and batch reports in line with cGMP guidelines.
– Collaborating closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments to ensure all manufactured products meet international quality and regulatory standards.
– Managing raw materials, reagents, and consumables required for daily processing.
– Ensuring that all production activities are carried out in full compliance with environmental, health, and safety protocols.
– Upholding rigorous data integrity standards throughout all production stages.
– Managing solvent recovery processes effectively.
– Conducting physical inspections during the final dispatch process.
Requirements and Qualifications
– Education: Candidates must hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
– Experience: We invite applications from both fresh graduates and experienced professionals with up to 6 years of experience in the industry.
– Skills: Strong attention to detail, a foundational understanding of chemical processes, and the ability to follow complex technical instructions.
– Work Environment: Candidates must be willing and flexible to work in rotational shifts.
– Gender Preference: This position is preferred for male candidates.
