Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated professionals to fill 10 vacancies within our AR&D department. The roles range from Junior Research Associate to Research Associate, depending on the candidate’s experience and technical proficiency. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about analytical chemistry and are looking to build a stable career in a fast-paced laboratory setting. While we welcome experienced professionals, we are also highly interested in enthusiastic freshers who possess excellent communication skills and a positive, learning-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our AR&D team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of innovative pharmaceutical solutions. Your primary duties will include:
* Technical Operations: Conducting daily laboratory operations, including the precise calibration and usage of sophisticated analytical equipment such as HPLC, pH meters, analytical balances, and Franz diffusion cell apparatus.
* Method Development: Assisting in the development of analytical methods for assay, IVRT (In Vitro Release Testing), and IVPT (In Vitro Permeation Testing) specifically for transdermal and topical formulations.
* Documentation Excellence: Ensuring strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). This includes drafting detailed analytical method development reports, validation protocols, and final study reports.
* Study Execution: Planning and executing IVRT and IVPT studies, ensuring that all physical and chemical testing aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
* Procedural Compliance: Preparing Standard Testing Procedures (STPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all instruments and equipment used within the transdermal and topical R&D divisions.
* Product Support: Providing ongoing analytical support for product development through meticulous physical and chemical testing, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous internal standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background: A postgraduate degree (M.Sc in Organic or Analytical Chemistry, or M.Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from a recognized institution.
* Experience: Candidates with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. For freshers, we value a strong academic foundation, a keen interest in laboratory research, and a professional attitude.
* Core Competency: Candidates should have a solid understanding of analytical chemistry principles. Your salary package will be determined based on your individual core competency and your current Cost to Company (CTC).
* Soft Skills: We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
