Job Description
We are looking for dedicated candidates with an MSc background who are eager to work in a fast-paced R&D and ADL environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundational knowledge in their field and a willingness to work in shift operations. You will be responsible for assisting in research projects, performing analytical testing, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting high-quality research and analytical experiments within the R&D or ADL departments.
- Ensuring that all laboratory procedures follow standard safety and quality guidelines.
- Assisting senior researchers with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring the accuracy of test results.
- Adapting to shift rotations as required by the production and research schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Candidates must hold an MSc degree.
- Work Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation, chemical analysis, or relevant R&D processes is highly desired.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented structure.
