Roles and Responsibilities
As a Research Associate at Axis Clinicals Ltd, your primary responsibility is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of bioanalytical data. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Laboratory Procedures: You will perform Method Development (MD), Method Validation (MV), and study sample analysis strictly following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and equipment guidelines.
* Sample Management: You will be responsible for handling plasma retrieval, bulk spiking, and complex sample processing. This includes ensuring all calibration curves (CC) and quality control (QC) procedures are followed to guarantee reliable results.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintaining a safe working environment is critical. You must ensure that all laboratory activities are in full compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards. This includes strictly adhering to all laboratory safety protocols and security standards.
* Facility Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of laboratory cleanliness and organization. This includes the systematic management and safe disposal of both biohazardous and non-biohazardous waste in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Documentation and Reporting: You will assist in the preparation of comprehensive bioanalytical reports, drafting and updating SOPs, and maintaining detailed Method SOPs to ensure all research documentation is accurate, current, and audit-ready.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about a career in the pharmaceutical research sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in pharmacy and a keen eye for detail.
* Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or a Pharm D.
* Experience Level: We invite applications from motivated freshers as well as professionals with up to 4 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting.
* Technical Competence: A thorough understanding of bioanalytical processes and laboratory instrumentation is highly preferred.
* Commitment: Selected candidates will be required to commit to the organization for a period of at least two years.
