About the Role

As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production facility operates at peak efficiency while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). This role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn the technical nuances of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous compliance with GMP and GDP guidelines across all facility areas.
• Safety & Access: Strictly follow entry and exit procedures for controlled environments as dictated by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Production Support: Actively participate in production floor activities, including the handling of raw materials such as LDPE granules and loading them into bins according to batch requirements.
• Manufacturing Tasks: Perform essential duties including the removal of tube fillings and runners, conducting leak testing of filled Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) tubes using Vacuum Leak Test Chambers, and managing product labeling with strict batch-wise segregation.
• Sanitation & Maintenance: Assist in cleaning procedures and maintain awareness of Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems.
• Quality Control: Proactively identify and remove damaged products or supplies to ensure only high-quality output reaches the next stage of the supply chain.

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Educational Background: Intermediate, ITI, B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., or any Degree.
• Experience Level: 0 to 1 year of professional experience.
• Batch Eligibility: Graduates/Pass-outs from 2021 to 2025.

• Total Positions: 20
• Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract.
• Service Agreement: 3 Years.
• Notice Period: 1 Month.
• Compensation: Remuneration will be provided in accordance with industry standards.
