Position Overview: Production Chemist

We are seeking a skilled Production Chemist to manage and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment, ensuring that all production activities align with our stringent quality and safety protocols.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Equipment Operation: Manage and operate specialized production machinery, including reactors, centrifuges, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers (ANFD), dryers, and various filtration systems (LF, NF, SF, MM, and micro-niger equipment).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Production and Quality Control (QC) teams for precise sampling, and work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure 100% documentation compliance.
  • Calibration & Maintenance: Perform routine balance calibration and maintain accurate, audit-ready logs for all production-related activities.
  • Inventory & Status Tracking: Monitor and update status boards to track intermediate inventory levels accurately, ensuring smooth production cycles.
  • Quality & Compliance: Proactively identify process deviations or safety incidents, escalate concerns immediately, and participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
